In light of the 2026 Spring Festival holiday arrangements issued by the General Office of the State Council and the actual operation of our company, we hereby notify the relevant matters regarding the Spring Festival holiday of our company as follows:
I. Vacation and Resumption of Work Time
1. Holiday period: From February 12, 2026 (the 25th day of the 12th lunar month, Thursday) to February 23, 2026 (the 7th day of the 1st lunar month, Monday), totaling 12 days.
2. Official resumption of work: February 24, 2026 (the eighth day of the first lunar month, Tuesday), normal office work, sales, technical support and shipping services will resume.
3. Work Adjustment Notice: We will be working on Saturday, February 28th. Please make sure to arrange your work and rest time properly.
II. Holiday Business and Service Arrangements
(1) Orders and Shipping
Holiday order processing: From February 12th to February 23rd, only order inquiries and pre-registrations will be accepted. No payments, shipments, or after-sales returns to the factory will be processed. All incomplete orders will be handled in sequence after the resumption of work on February 24th.
(2) Technology and After-sales Service
Technical Support: Regular technical consultation, solution coordination and secondary development services are suspended during the holiday. For urgent technical issues, please leave a message through the following methods. We will respond as soon as possible after the resumption of work.
