Sony(China) official authorization +16 years of experience: Building a low-altitude economy and unmanned system visual ecosystem

1. 3D perception upgrade

The newly launched new type of LiDAR depth sensor AS-DT1 by SONY adopts the “Direct Time of Flight (dToF)” LiDAR technology. Its proprietary dToF ranging module is equipped with a single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) sensor 3, which can achieve three-dimensional (length, width, depth) precise distance measurement through multi-point ranging.

It can enhance the obstacle avoidance response speed of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) under complex meteorological conditions, effectively supporting scenarios such as urban beyond-visual-range delivery and emergency rescue in mountainous areas by UAVs.

 

2. Full-frame image innovation

The SONY ILX-LR1 full-frame camera achieves 61-megapixel static image acquisition. Combined with the BIONZ XR processor, the processing capacity is enhanced by 8 times. A single photo can cover multiple shooting areas in the traditional solution, directly reducing the operation costs in drone aerial photography, inspection, and 3D modeling.

 

3. 4K/60P high frame rate module

The 4K resolution (3840×2160 pixels) and video capture capability of 60 frames per second of SONY FCB-ER9500. Especially, it performs well when capturing dynamic scenes. When drones track fast-moving objects (such as wild animals, racing cars, etc.), they can reduce motion blur and maintain the coherence and stability of the picture. This makes the application scenarios in the low-altitude economy more extensive.

 

Ii. Technological Breakthroughs: Defining New Standards for Low-altitude Imaging

1.4KP60 video output

To cooperate with the SONY FCB-ER9500 in outputting 4K60 frames per second images, Xuanzhan Technology has specially developed a 4K P60 HDMI encoding control board, which can support the SONY FCB-ER9500 in outputting a video signal of 60 frames per second at 4K resolution, ensuring that the video picture is smoother and clearer.

 

2. Break through the Sino-US trade conflict

On the eve of the Sino-US trade conflict, Xuanzhan Technology successively launched the USB3.0 video capture module (TYPE-C interface) and the 4K USB3.0 video capture module (TYPE-C and mini HDMI interface), which can quickly display the video of the high-definition /4K camera module to the computer.

It is worth noting that both of these new products adopt domestic integrated chips, which not only can avoid the entanglement of the Sino-US trade war but also offer a higher cost performance.

 

Iii. Scene Adaptation: Covering the entire chain of demands in the low-altitude economy

Iv. Industrial Empowerment: Accelerating the Implementation of Application scenarios
