SONY ILX-LR1 Product Overview:
The ILX-LR1, SONY’s new 2023 full-frame extensible system Remote control Camera, has about 61 million pixels, compatible with E-bay lens groups and can be remotely operated through SONY Camera Remote SDK, more lightweight and compact size body, more professional interface and screw design, more conducive to system integration. It is suitable for UAV power inspection, surveying and mapping and 3D modeling.
SONY ILX-LR1 Features:
Full frame sensor
35mm full-frame backlit Exmor R™ CMOS image sensor with excellent sensitivity, picture resolution and dynamic range. With high resolution, low noise and a wide dynamic range of images, the ILX-LR1 delivers excellent details such as scratches and cracks during detection and mapping.
Strong scalability
The SDK of SONY ILX-LR1 camera opens a lot of interfaces, including not only a series of adjustments such as exposure, photography, shutter, but also a series of detailed controls such as focus control and focus area control.
Remote control
The Sony Camera Remote SDK allows users to remotely control the menus and other functions of the ILX-LR1 through their own software applications. By integrating apis into the system, the camera can be controlled remotely from the computer, allowing changes to camera Settings, shutter release, real-time view monitoring, and more.
Compatible with E-bayonet lenses
The ILX-LR1 is an interchangeable lens camera that works with all of SONY’s E-bayonet lenses. Adapt to different shooting needs of customers.

Lightweight and compact design
The ILX-LR1 features a lightweight and compact design. The weight of the camera body is only about 243 grams, saving the power consumption of the UAV, effectively extending the endurance time, the size of about 100 x 74 x 42.5mm, the compact body is suitable for a variety of large and small UAVs.
Easy to install
The ILX-LR1 accepts DC power for long periods of operation without the need for battery replacement. The camera has screw holes on all six surfaces, while controllers and connectors – as well as miniature HDMI, USB-C (with top lock mechanism) and other controllers – are combined to maximize mounting options.
