1. Clarity

SONY FCB-EV7520A uses a 1/2.8 inch Exmor R CMOS Sensor with an effective pixel of about 2.13 million pixels, while the FCB-EV9500M uses a new image sensor, a 1/1.8 inch STARVIS CMOS Sensor with an effective pixel of about 4.17 million pixels. The larger image sensor determines that the FCB-EV9500M has a higher sensitivity. And with a high resolution lens, to achieve a very high definition, and the use of mature AF/AE/AWB technology, even in low light environment can get accurate images.

2, 30x optical zoom

The same 30x optical zoom lens, the FCB-EV7520A lens parameters are f=4.3mm(wide Angle end) to 129.0mm(far end), F1.6 to F4.7, while the FCB-EV9500M uses the new 30x enhanced optical zoom lens, With lens parameters ranging from f=6.5mm(wide Angle) to 162.5mm(far Angle) and from F1.6 to F4.8, the newly designed lens provides high definition and low aberrations, enabling it to achieve higher quality images from wide Angle to long focus.

 

3. Image stabilization function

Compared with FCB-EV7520A, FCB-EV9500M greatly improves blur suppression and image stabilization technology, and can shoot HD video with less blur even in harsh environment with severe jitter. It is equipped with two modes of “Super” and “Super + (plus)”, and “Super + (plus)” can be used for full HD or HD output. Therefore, FCB-EV9500M is more suitable for applications that may produce jitter, such as ships, ITS intelligent transportation, Bridges, unmanned aerial vehicles, vehicle-mounted vehicles, etc.

4. ICR ON mode (night sensing infrared mode)

With the FCB-EV7520A, only black and white images were obtained after removing the IR cutoff filter.

The FCB-EV9500M uses the new ICR ON COLOR (Night Sensing Infrared Color mode), which can retain color even when the IR cutoff filter is removed. It is particularly effective for improving visibility in dark environments.

5. Application field

FCB-EV9500M and FCB-EV7520A have their own characteristics and strengths. The volume of FCB-EV9500M is 56.0x 64.0 x 125.0mm, which is often used in intelligent high-speed ball, intelligent transportation, unmanned aerial vehicle and intelligent medical treatment, while the volume of FCB-EV7520A is: 50.0 x 60.0 x 89.7, which is more used in security, unmanned flight equipment, snapshot kiosk, police car, amblyopia meter and video conference.
