The FCB-EW9500H Weight-Reduced Version is a lightweight camera module secondarily developed by Ruiloog Electronic, an officially authorized distributor of Sony (China) and a professional high-definition video secondary development solution provider. Developed based on the original Sony FCB-EW9500H, it retains full core performance while achieving weight reduction, specially tailored for load-sensitive scenarios such as drones, small pan-tilts and handheld devices.
Ⅰ. Why Launch the Weight-Reduced Version
The original Sony FCB-EW9500H camera module weighs 439 grams, which is relatively heavy among Sony integrated camera modules.
Its excessive weight brings obvious limitations in many application scenarios. For scenarios with strict weight constraints such as drone mounting, robot visual navigation, handheld devices, small pan-tilts and portable inspection equipment, the standard original model cannot meet actual deployment requirements.
Ⅱ. Weight Reduction Solution
Ruiloog Electronic redesigned the original metal housing of the Sony FCB-EW9500H into a customized aluminum alloy housing.
The weight is successfully reduced from the original 439g to 310g, making the camera module perfectly suitable for application scenarios with high lightweight requirements.
The weight-reduced FCB-EW9500H still adopts the original core components of Sony FCB-EW9500H, including the image sensor, lens and image processing circuit. It fully maintains the original core indicators such as high-definition image quality, low-light performance and zoom capability.
